Helping You Get Debt Relief Through Chapter 7
In a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding, you can permanently discharge, or wipe out, some debts. Other debts such as tax obligations, student loan payments and child support arrearages cannot be wiped out in a Chapter 7 proceeding, but can be dealt with through a Chapter 13. Certain assets, including a principal residence and vehicle, can be kept in the bankruptcy proceeding. We will carefully monitor all proceedings to ensure that you are able to keep all property that you want.
In most cases, the Chapter 7 process takes as little as 90 days to wipe out your debts. One month after you file bankruptcy, you will have to attend a meeting with your attorney and a bankruptcy trustee. Unless there are any complications, your debts will be discharged 60 days later.

We handle the most challenging bankruptcy cases. If you own a business or have a high income, we can advise you about your opportunities. Whether your case is complex or straightforward, our lawyers will personally handle all matters related to your Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing, preparing and submitting all the necessary documents.
